FREE Delivery on Orders Over £30 

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, as we know how exciting it is to wait for your new things! Orders received before 1:30pm on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1:30pm will be processed the following working day.

No orders are processed on weekends or bank holidays, these orders will be dispatched on the next available working day. 

Amending or Cancelling an Order 

If you need to amend or cancel your order, we may be able to do this if you contact us immediately after placing your order.

If you don't manage to contact us in time, or we're unable to amend / cancel your order due to it already being processed, don't worry as any unwanted items can be returned to us free of charge.

DPD Next Day £3.95

As of 6th April 2022, all bladed items must be age checked at the point of delivery by the courier.

  • Delivery will be made by DPD Next Day. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders
  • DPD aims to deliver your parcel the next working day (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Weekend delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to your local delivery depot. Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer due to their geographical location
  • Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.

Standard Delivery £2.95 – 48 hour tracked service 

  • Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders.
  • Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel in 2 to 3 working days (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take a day or two longer. 
  • Currently deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.

24 hour tracked delivery £4.95

  • Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders
  • Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel the next working day (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer due to their geographical location
  • Currently deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.

Returns

Hassle-Free returns!

We know things don’t always work out, so if you’ve changed your mind about an item ordered from us here at Berry, you have 28 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Returned items must be in perfect, unused, original condition for a full refund.

Warranty Returns

We are really sorry if your product is faulty or you’ve received a defective product. We pride ourselves in handpicking the best products for customers, but sometimes mistakes happen.

All of our brands support their products with a warranty – however this ranges from a lifetime guarantee for some brands to a one-year warranty on others.

Once we’ve received your item, our warranty team will get stuck in inspecting it. If a fault is found, we'll aim to replace your item free of charge within 10 working days.
